The present study seeks to reflect on ergonomics with remote work, highlighting some of the main characteristics related use in work routines. Its general objective is characterize and analyze occupational activity from worker's ergonomic point view. specific objectives are: identify describe importance procedures that must be adopted ergonomics; adverse conditions good practices at perspective health safety how can inserted work.
